Christmas Eve as a Family of Three
For the first time in our marriage we spent Christmas Eve with just our little family. It was a quiet but memorable evening.
We worshipped at The Village, Cannon included because there was no childcare. He did fabulous. He loves singing and we discovered that candlelight is always captivating.
We then ate dinner at Campisi's - I know, not terribly traditional, but we were hungry and they weren't busy. Cannon wasn't quite sturdy enough to sit up on his own in the high chair, but it wasn't anything a versatile little Moby Wrap couldn't handle.
The evening culminated with a drive through the Christmas lights in Deerfield and then home to our last Christmas in the apartment on Gaston Avenue.
