Discovering Shapes with Daddy

We bought Cannon this shape sorter for Christmas, knowing full well it would be months before he would be able to use it "properly."

However, he has surprised me and spent more hours emptying that box and banging those shapes together than I ever anticipated.

And I was reminded of the beauty of play. There are no age-limits and rules that have to be followed. That's why it's called "play!"
