How to Make a Quiet Book - Introduction

We're about to start a series here on the blog on making your own quiet book.

My friend Susan and I coordinated a quiet book swap this week and it went wonderfully. The idea of the swap was that each person would make 20 of the exact same page for the quiet books and then we'd get together, swap pages and go home with a completed quiet book. It was definitely more economical (both in time and money) to make a quiet book this way.

I think you'll be amazed at how cute this thing turned out. Our friends poured time, energy and creativity into their work and it shows.
