Family Park Day

One can only spend so many days inside with two little boys in the house. So, while Danny was still on vacation for  Cason's birth, we headed out to the park to feed the ducks and burn some energy on the playground.

Cannon was determined to feed the ducks, but alas, they were all hiding, so we fed the seagulls instead. Don't ask me how there came to be a flock of seagulls at a park in North Texas, but there they are.

And this is our car, full of joy and sleepyheads.

Despite the fact that Cason slept the entire time we were at the park, it apparently wore him out and he conked out and cuddled with me the entire evening. Is there anything better than a sleeping newborn?
