The Quiet Book in Action

Remember when I organized this thing called a "quiet book swap?" And then remember how I spent my last few pregnant days hand stitching those pages together? Well, it's finally paying off. Cannon ASKED to play with his quiet book at the table. He spent 30 minutes (which is practically an eternity to a 20 month old) flipping through those pages, putting flower petals in the barn, drawing, and sticking felt letters in the tent. So, he didn't quite use it for it's intended purpose, but he used it and that's success in my mommy book.
