Christmas Morning Magic

Christmas morning at our home was relaxing and beautiful. Cannon sported some awesome bedhead and Cason expressed his love/hate relationship with reading while Danny read the Christmas story from the Jesus Storybook Bible. 

Danny showed the boys how to build a fire and the Christmas music played while I fixed breakfast. 

Our tree was buried in presents, but Cason just wanted to play with the activity board. Maybe we should have just put a bow on a few old gifts. He would never have known.

This was Cannon's third Christmas, but the first one where he actually understood that it was fun to open presents. Every present was "FOR ME?!" according to him.  Cason was entertained with the bows.

While Cason was taking his morning nap, Danny and I sipped coffee and cuddled with Cannon on the couch watching these videos. It was just what we wanted for our Christmas morning.
