Jack Carter Pool

Danny took a spontaneous vacation day in the middle of the week and we spent the morning at our new favorite summer hangout: Jack Carter Pool in Plano. Cason got a good dose of sunscreen in his hair thanks to Daddy's liberal application. Cannon bravely went down BOTH water slides by himself, and Mommy got a respite from chasing two kiddos all by her lonesome. It was a refreshing family day and Cannon asks to go back almost every other day. 

We tried to end the day with slushes from Sonic and Cason (our little "I don't like ice cream because it's cold" child) thought we were trying to torture him. He kept asking for water.
