Half-Marathon Update: WEEK 2
Just wanted to give you an update on Week 2 or our half-marathon training schedule.
# of miles of run in one morning: 3.5 miles
Total # of miles run in a week: 12 miles
Total # of hills sprinted up: 8 hills
Average pace: 10 minutes miles (I know - SHOCKINGLY slow - but that leaves tons of room for improvement!
