The older you get, the fewer people there are in your life that knew you "way back when."

Miriam is one of those people. We graduated high school together.

And, because I know you're going to ask :
YES, we were homeschooled
and YES, I went to prom,
and YES, home school graduation is possible
and NO, I didn't get to wear my pajamas all day long

Just thought I'd throw that last one in for good measure, since everyone asks it anyways.

So, back to Miriam. Not only do we go WAY back (we are coming up on our 10-year high school reunion), but she takes AMAZING photos like these. And she's taken another awesome Christmas picture for us, but that is under lock and key until the proper time!

When Brian and Miriam got engaged she asked me to take her bridal portraits and their engagement pictures. I had so much fun and enjoyed the practice.
