Nan gave Cannon the softest blanket ever, so we plopped him down on it to try it out.

Here he is wondering why we're all just standing around staring at him on the floor. I'm sure he's thinking "PICK ME UP! The party's up there guys!"

Then  he realized he was on a new blanket, and he was so thrilled he stuck out his tongue in glee!

He almost bit it off in his excitement. Thank goodness he doesn't have any teeth yet.

After the newness wore off he actually tried to pick the bears up off the blanket. Poor kid, no one's explained 2D objects to him yet.

But, we'll save that lesson for later.  In the mean time it's hilarious watching him work those fingers over those bears. He was determined.

Finally, giving up on the bears, with no teether in sight he just set in to chew on his arm.

And we all watched and laughed and enjoyed his little four month old cuteness.

Glammy made her appearance in New York too so we could take a four generation picture!
