Preschool: Thanksgiving/Leaves Month (Week 1)

This week in preschool our activities included:

• Reading: Thanksgiving & leaves books
• Thanksgiving/Leaves Activity: Finger painted and then cut the dried art into leaves to put in pictures frames and on cards.
• Sensory Activity: Played with leaves, acorns, and twigs.
• Slow & Steady Get Me Ready: My New House
  
  

  Made a house out of a box. We've done this before but each time the kids play in it more and more!

We've seen before that Cannon is not the biggest fan of messes . . .

. . . and he couldn't quite understand why I kept smearing his hand in the paint . . .

. . . but eventually he warmed up to the idea when he discovered he could paint himself!
