Cason - Week 21
Stats:
I don't really have a good way to weigh/measure him each week, nor do I have the time to lay him out to chart this, so we'll just have to do with my best estimate and his monthly, bi-monthly check-ups.
Clothes:
Still in 6-9 month clothes.
Schedule:
Still eating around five times a day and taking three naps a day.
Sleeping:
I've started letting Cason fuss a little bit when he wakes up at 5:45 am to eat. He's been waking up at the same time pretty consistently, and I would like him to be able to sleep a full 12 hours (or at least make it a little later before waking up). So, we'll move that way by letting him fuss a little (even if it means we're feeding him 15 minutes later than yesterday) and by only feeding him on one side instead of doing a full feeding.

Eating:
Eating every 3-4 hours, five times a day.
Talking:
Still cooing, but he also "gargles" (with a little tone to it) when he's on his back. It's quite funny and even more hilarious when Cannon tries to imitate him.
Teeth:
Guess who's first (AND SECOND) little tooth popped through this week?! I knew all that drooling and chewing was a tooth coming in! Both of his little bottom teeth came through this week, just days apart.

Likes:
He has started to play with the hanging toys on his bouncer and activity mat. He will grab one and jerk it around and bat them back and forth.
Dislikes:
Teething. I think everything is related to teething this week. Teething has made this chill baby mildly cranky this week, but nothing a few cuddles couldn't cure. The other problem with teething so early is Cason doesn't quite have the coordination to hold a teething ring in his mouth yet.
Rolling over in the middle nap time. I put this boy on his tummy for his nap and within a matter of minutes he's flipped himself over and crying because he doesn't want to be on his back. Some days I try to let him work it out himself, but other days I really need a break because both boys are napping, so I just flip him back.

Health: I think he's also had a mild diaper rash due to teething.
Events/Milestones:
FIRST TEETH!
Cason's also discovering his toes and feet. He's even been known to get them into his mouth from time to time.
