Brothers in the Snow

Please tell me I'm not the only mama in the south who's kids wear a dozen mismatched layers (basically all the winter clothes they have) when it snows because we have no snow suits, no snow boots and zero waterproof articles of clothing in the house. 

And I may or may not have put baggies on my kids feet to keep the water out because we don't have waterproof shoes. Don't tell them that's not normal.
