Cannon has a new skill that makes me smile every day. He "gasps" in surprise when he sees something he likes. A bird flyings into the backyard. . . Cannon GASPS and points. Cannon see a ball and inhales in surprise. It's adorable. 

Here's a little dialogue that went down in the garage the other night.

"What is that Dad? I think I want that . . ."

"Whoa! Look at this! A big boy toy."

"GASP! I figured out how to work the tape measure!"

**Pause to GASP at the airplane flying overhead.**

"Hm, what can I measure? How big is my head?"
