Only waking up once, sometimes twice a night.

Colt is back to eating pretty regularly every three (ish) hours.

Coos and cries.

None of course

Nothing new.

Nothing new.

Health:
Colt was a little congested this week. He had some post nasal drip which caused him to cough, sputter and choke more than usual.

Events/Milestones:

Not really a milestone for Colt, but a milestone for Mama . . . I had my first post partum run this week. Twice around Bob Woodruff lake (about 1.5 miles) and it felt good to stretch my legs and fill my lungs with fresh air again.
