Sunsets over Lake Michigan.
It's a little like the Grand Canyon - pictures don't due it justice and words can't describe how beautiful they are.
Uncle Rik, Aunt Barbara and Aunt Sally stayed in a house on the beach, so their back porch was the perfect resting spot for watching the ball of fire dip below the water line.

Sunsets in Michigan began about 8:30. Then they seemed to last about an hour! Just when you'd say "It can't be any more gorgeous than this, you'd look away and when you looked back - it was!
The front porch view was like a ringside seat. Morning coffe, relaxing in the afternoon and evenings before bed, there was always beauty to appreciate.
