Preschool: Transportation Month (Week 4)
In case you missed it, read about our earlier transportation adventures here:

Transportation Week 4 was our monthly field trip. We went out to Bachman Lake Park right outside Love Field Airport to watch the airplanes take off and land. I didn't get any pictures as Rachel and I just enjoyed walking, talking and chasing kiddos. Cannon was fascinated any time he heard an airplane in the sky and loved pointing them out as they flew low overhead.
A few activities that we didn't get to this month, but that are on my list to try next time we "study" transportation include:
- Transportation Alphabet Cards
- Cereal Box Parking Garage -OR- this version
- DIY Car Mat for the Stairs
- X-Wing Fighter Plane from Office Supplies
- Clothespin Airplane
- Box Truck
- Toilet Paper Racing Cars
- Make an egg carton train
- Make little box trains
- Make a cardboard car wash
- Draw a paper airport mat
- Cars & Trucks from Recycled Containers
